Legal agreement, publishing charter, and platform conditions for GlobalX Publications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GlobalX Publications website, services, journal management portal, and monograph publishing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or utilize our editorial and publishing infrastructure.
2. Author Rights & Intellectual Property
Authors retain copyright of their scholarly manuscripts, preprints, articles, and monographs under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) licensing unless an alternative exclusive publication license has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. By submitting content, authors grant GlobalX Publications an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to publish, index, distribute, preserve, and mint persistent identifiers (DOI) for the accepted works.
3. Manuscript Submissions & Editorial Integrity
Submissions must represent original, unpublished scholarly research. Simultaneous submissions to other journals or conferences without explicit preprint disclosure violate our editorial code. GlobalX Publications reserves the absolute prerogative to reject, retract, or require revisions on any content that violates ethical standards or fails peer-review rigor.
4. Fees, Processing Charges & Royalties
Article Processing Charges (APCs) and publishing service fees are billed upon invoice issuance. Book royalties are calculated on net settled sales and disbursed according to the author royalty schedule upon reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold. All transactions processed via Razorpay are subject to gateway terms and anti-fraud verifications.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
GlobalX Publications provides all academic indexing and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties. We shall not be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from technical downtime or peer review timelines.
